The guy narrating that is none other than Norio Wakamoto, the famous Japanese voice actor known for such anime roles as:
-Vicious from “Cowboy Bebop”
-Cell from “DBZ”
-Onsokumaru from “Ninja Nonsense”
-Johnny from the “Guilty Gear” video games
-and Chiyo’s “dad” from “Azumanga Daioh”
…That’s just awesome.
